FreePDF by DigiStash provides free browser-based tools for common file and document tasks, including PDF creation, conversion, compression, resizing, merging, splitting, OCR, organization and related processing. These tools are offered for general convenience and are provided on an "as available" basis.

While we aim to make the tools useful and reliable, DigiStash Vault does not guarantee that every conversion, compression, resize, edit, OCR result, file repair, export or other processing operation will be perfect, complete, error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every purpose. Results can vary depending on the source file, file structure, device, browser, connection, format, fonts, images, metadata and other technical factors.

Users are responsible for checking their output before relying on it. You should keep an original backup of important files and review any processed, converted, resized, compressed, edited or exported file before using, publishing, submitting, printing, sharing, archiving or deleting the original. DigiStash Vault is not responsible for loss of data, loss of quality, formatting changes, missing content, altered metadata, unsuccessful conversion, incomplete compression, OCR errors, corrupted source files, compatibility problems or any other unintended result arising from use of the tools.

Users must only upload, process, convert, edit, compress, resize, merge, split, scan or otherwise use files and content that they own or are legally authorized to use. The services must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, deceptive, harmful or unauthorized activity. This includes misuse involving copyrighted material, confidential information, personal data, forged or misleading documents, impersonation, fraud, harassment, malware or any content that violates applicable law or the rights of another person or organization.

DigiStash Vault does not endorse, supervise or take responsibility for files, content, documents or activities created or performed by individual users. Any misuse of the tools is the sole responsibility of the person carrying out that activity. If a user violates the law, third-party rights or any applicable rules while using the service, that conduct is not authorized by DigiStash Vault.

The tools are not intended to provide legal, financial, medical, tax, compliance, archival, forensic or other professional advice. Users should seek appropriate professional guidance where accuracy, legal validity, regulatory compliance, evidentiary integrity, document preservation or other high-stakes requirements are important.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DigiStash Vault and its owners, operators, contributors and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or similar losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on these free tools or their output. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
